Goods Delivery

JMS Sporting will always endeavour to deliver within 72 hours however product availability can vary. All goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. This can lead to packages being opened and re-sealed. For international orders, please specify your country and we will provide a price upon request.

For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 15th December.

We will endeavour to dispatch all ‘in stock’ orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.

Returns policy

The Goods in question must be returned to within 7 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale.

If the Goods are faulty, we shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to you.

  • We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
  • We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

Please follow our returns procedure as explained:

Returned goods should carry a copy of the original invoice.

The goods should be packaged to a satisfactory standard in a safe and relevant manner with our return address clearly shown.

Before you send any goods back please contact us here regarding your return.

Our Online order cancellations

You may cancel your order for up to 14 days after purchase.

We will issue a refund for the purchase amount less original carriage provided the items purchased are returned in the condition they were sent.

The cost of returning unwanted items is at the customers cost.

We can make arrangements to have the returned goods picked up and would send a carriage payment for settlement before the goods can be picked up.

Any and all refunds will be processed within 14 says of receiving the goods are received back and have been inspected to be in the same consideration they were sent out to the buyer.

Customers returning good are advised to insure the returned goods for their replacement / refund value.
